Description:
We are seeking a reliable and professional Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, personable, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative and clerical tasks in a dynamic environment. You will be the first point of contact for clients and play a key role in supporting daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
- Take accurate messages and ensure timely communication
- Manage and update schedules using Google Calendar
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and document organization
- Assist with day-to-day office operations
- Interact professionally with clients and guests and collaborate effectively with team members
Schedule:
- Part-time hours with flexibility required
- Availability to work both weekdays and weekends
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable handling phone-based responsibilities
- Familiarity with Google Calendar and basic office software
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
