We are looking for a dental receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to handle a variety of tasks including scheduling appointments, answering phones, and managing patient records. The receptionist will work closely with the dental staff to ensure a smooth and efficient office operation.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and confirm patient appointments
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Manage patient records and documentation
• Handle billing and insurance inquiries
• Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a dental office setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and dental software
