Operations Manager

A growing healthcare startup is seeking a highly motivated Operations Manager to take a key leadership role in building and managing its operations. This is an opportunity for an experienced healthcare operator who is comfortable taking ownership, creating structure, and driving results in a rapidly growing environment.

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day to day operations, identifying challenges and opportunities, improving processes, and helping build the systems needed to support continued growth. This person should be proactive and resourceful, with the ability to move projects forward without waiting for detailed direction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and improve day to day healthcare operations
• Take ownership of operational challenges and drive solutions from start to finish
• Develop and implement systems, processes, and workflows to support company growth
• Identify operational gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
• Establish clear expectations and accountability across teams
• Lead and support team members while maintaining a high level of performance
• Track operational performance and use data to identify areas for improvement
• Manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast moving environment
• Partner closely with leadership on operational strategy and company growth initiatives
• Build scalable processes as the organization continues to expand
• Adapt quickly to changing business needs, priorities, and challenges
• Maintain strong operational standards within a healthcare environment

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of healthcare operations and leadership experience required
• Strong track record of measurable professional accomplishments
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive operational results
• Experience building or improving operational processes and systems
• Strong problem solving and decision making skills
• Highly motivated, proactive, and ownership driven
• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative without constant direction
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, evolving startup environment
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage changing priorities and operate effectively in an environment with ambiguity

Location: NY / NJ

Type: Full time

Salary: $150,000 to $250,000/year
