Figure es una empresa de robótica e IA que desarrolla robots humanoides autonomos de uso general. El objetivo de la empresa es lanzar robots humanoides con inteligencia de nivel humano. Sus robots están diseñados para ejecutar una gran variedad de tareas en los mercados residencial y comercial. Figure tiene sede en San José, California, y está estableciendo su primera unidad de operaciones de datos en la Ciudad de México.
Como IT Coordinator (Coordinador/a de TI), eres el responsable de la TI de nuestra unidad de São Paulo: soporte al usuario, flota de dispositivos y red de la oficina, todo construido desde cero y operado con autonomía, en coordinación con el equipo de TI de Figure en EE. UU. Serás una de las primeras contrataciones en Brasil, apoyando un equipo que crecerá hasta más de 100 personas.
Esta es una posición de tiempo completo y presencial, en nuestra unidad de Ciudad de México.
Responsabilidades
- Liderar el soporte al usuario: onboarding y offboarding (ingreso y salida de colaboradores), cuentas, troubleshooting (diagnóstico y resolución de problemas) y periféricos.
- Gestionar una flota de 50 a 100 dispositivos Apple: aprovisionamiento, inscripción en MDM (gestión de dispositivos), actualizaciones, ciclo de vida y registros de activos.
- Administrar cuentas, grupos y accesos de Google Workspace en coordinación con el equipo de TI de la casa matriz (HQ).
- Gestionar la red y la conectividad de la oficina (Wi-Fi, switches, relación y escalaciones con proveedores de internet) con apoyo de proveedores.
- Montar salas de reunión, impresoras y equipos compartidos de una unidad nueva.
- Definir y documentar desde cero los procesos, estándares e inventario de TI.
- Planificar para el crecimiento: compras, capacidad y modelo de soporte conforme el equipo crece.
Requisitos
- 4+ años en soporte u operaciones de TI, incluyendo experiencia como principal o único responsable de la TI de una unidad u oficina.
- Experiencia práctica con macOS y gestión de dispositivos Apple (herramientas de MDM como Jamf, Kandji o Mosyle).
- Experiencia administrando Google Workspace.
- Conocimiento sólido de redes de oficina (Wi-Fi, DHCP, VLANs y gestión de proveedores).
- Inglés a nivel profesional (trabajo diario con un equipo de TI en EE. UU.).
Nice to have
- Experiencia abriendo una nueva oficina o escalando la TI en una empresa de rápido crecimiento.
- Scripts o automatización básica para configuración de dispositivos.
Remuneración
- Salario base: $45,000 MXN a $55.000 MXN
