ADSI is looking for a Business Analyst to join our U.S. consulting team and work at the intersection of business, technology and data. You will work directly with clients to solve operational challenges and improve how their workplaces are managed.

You will participate throughout the solution lifecycle: discovery, process design, data analysis, solution configuration, testing, implementation, training and continuous improvement.

We are looking for someone who enjoys figuring out how things work, learning new technologies, solving complex problems and working directly with customers.

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with clients and ADSI project teams to understand business objectives, workflows, data and technology requirements.
• Facilitate client discovery sessions, workshops and requirements meetings.
• Develop user stories, process maps and functional specifications.
• Work with solution architects and developers to design software and data solutions.
• Develop test scenarios and acceptance criteria and lead user acceptance testing.
• Support data collection, cleansing, normalization, migration and validation.
• Help establish data standards and governance practices.
• Define KPI and analytics requirements.
• Develop strong working relationships with client stakeholders.
• Present solutions and demonstrate software.
• Develop training materials and user documentation.
• Train client teams and support technology adoption.
• Gather feedback and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Evaluate emerging workplace and facility technologies.
• Explore practical applications of automation and generative AI.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data/Analytics, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, technology consulting, software implementation, or a related role.
• Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements and developing workflows and specifications.
• Familiarity with SQL, relational databases, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Comfortable working directly with clients to understand challenges, guide problem-solving, and proactively drive work forward without requiring every next step to be defined.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with facility management, corporate real estate, workplace management, asset management, maintenance operations, or space planning.
• Experience implementing or supporting IWMS, CMMS, workplace management, enterprise asset management, ERP or other enterprise business applications;
• Experience with software implementation activities such as process design, functional specifications, testing/UAT, software demonstrations, training, and user adoption.
• Familiarity with Jira/Confluence, AutoCAD/Revit/BIM, AI and automation, IoT, or other technologies relevant to workplace and facility management.
