Senior Business Development / Sales Director - Industrial Automation | USA

PACS Solutions is preparing to expand its industrial automation business into the United States, and we are looking for an experienced Business Development / Sales Director to help us build the U.S. market. This is not a traditional sales position. We are specifically looking for someone who has spent a significant part of their career selling industrial automation and system integration projects in the U.S. and has an established network within the manufacturing industry. The ideal background 10+ years of successful sales / business development experience with an industrial automation system integrator Proven track record selling PLC, SCADA, DCS, MES and process automation projects Existing relationships with plant managers, engineering managers, operations teams, OEMs and EPCs Strong experience in Food & Beverage and process industries Brewery, beverage, dairy or distilling experience is a significant advantage Familiarity with platforms such as Rockwell Automation, Siemens, Schneider Electric / ProLeiT or comparable technologies Experience developing new accounts and territories - not simply managing existing customers Ability to identify projects early, develop opportunities and lead the commercial process through to contract award About us PACS Solutions is an established European industrial automation and process-control engineering company. Our team delivers complex automation projects covering PLC/DCS engineering, SCADA, process control, batch systems, MES/SQL integration, commissioning and industrial digitalization. We have particularly strong experience in breweries, Food & Beverage and other process industries. We are now evaluating and preparing the establishment of a dedicated U.S. operation. Our intended model is straightforward: + U.S. Project Management + Experienced European Engineering Organization We are not looking for someone simply to sell engineering hours. We are looking for someone who understands the U.S. automation market, knows how system-integration projects are won and wants to play a key role in building a new U.S. automation business. Location Texas preferred, particularly the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Candidates with an exceptional industry network elsewhere in the U.S. are also encouraged to contact us.
