Position Summary North Easton Savings Bank is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead branch operations, drive sales growth, develop employees, and deliver an outstanding customer experience in our North Easton, MA branch. Job Type Full-time What You'll Do Lead the daily operations of the branch while ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulations. Coach, develop, and motivate a high-performing team. Drive branch sales through business development, referrals, and relationship banking. Originate consumer and mortgage loan applications. Coach employees on cross-selling banking products and services. Monitor branch performance, including deposits, lending, and sales goals. Build relationships with customers and represent the Bank in the community. Conduct performance coaching, team meetings, and employee scheduling. Stay current on banking products, services, and market trends. What We're Looking For High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred. 3+ years of retail banking experience. 2+ years of branch management or leadership experience. 3+ years of sales or business development experience. Experience with consumer lending and mortgage origination preferred. NMLS registration or ability to obtain. Strong leadership, coaching, customer service, and communication skills. Knowledge of retail banking operations and financial products. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Physical Demands This position is an office-based position in terms of physical demand. Employees are expected to be able to operate their fingers and hands to perform functions such as typing, writing, and filing. Employees must also be able to move throughout the office with ease while also being able to sit for extended periods of time. Employees must be able to see and hear in an office setting that does include much noise going on around one’s workspace. While this job is mainly clerical, there are instances in which employees must be able to transport up to 20 pounds. Note The above is a description of the ordinary duties of the position.
