• Deliver exceptional service by promptly addressing inquiries related to coverage options, policy updates, billing, claims, and more.
• Implement marketing strategies to promote additional products and increase business growth.
• Proactively identify customer needs and provide insurance solutions through value-driven conversations.

• Assist with policy reviews, cross-selling opportunities, and customer retention efforts.

Requirements

• Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish or Portuguese)
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
• Organizational skills
• Self-motivated
• Detail oriented
• Proactive in problem solving
• Experience in a variety of computer applications, particularly Windows
• Ability to multi-task
• Bilingual - Spanish preferred
• Bilingual - Haitian Creole preferred
• 4-40 Customer Representative License OR 2-20 General Lines License, Property and Casualty (must be able to obtain)
• 2-15 Life and Health License (must be able to obtain)
