We're looking for individuals with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for connecting with people. We'll provide the training, tools, and support you need to succeed. What You'll Do * Engage with prospective customers through phone calls, text messages, emails, and online inquiries. * Build relationships with customers and create excitement around the Cadillac brand. * Schedule and confirm sales appointments, helping turn customer interest into dealership visits. * Proactively follow up with leads and identify opportunities to reconnect with potential buyers. * Utilize our customer relationship management (CRM) system to track leads, manage follow-ups, and maintain accurate customer records. * Collaborate with our sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact to showroom visit. * Develop your knowledge of Cadillac vehicles, technology, and features to confidently assist customers. * Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals. What We're Looking For * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * A friendly, confident, and professional personality. * Comfortable communicating with customers through phone, text, and email. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented. * Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. * A team player who brings a positive attitude and strong work ethic. * Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, call centers, or automotive BDC is a plus, but not required.
