Staff Accountant

Job Description

We’re partnering with a growing manufacturing company seeking a Staff Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations within a fast-paced production environment. This role offers broad exposure across AP, AR, reconciliations, billing, reporting, and general accounting functions while working closely with senior accounting leadership.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
• Assist with general ledger reconciliations and monthly close support
• Process invoices, vendor payments, and customer transactions
• Research and resolve customer/vendor discrepancies
• Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation
• Assist with billing statements, reporting, and sales tax support
• Support fixed asset documentation and record retention
• Work cross-functionally with operations and customer service teams
• Help maintain compliance with food-grade and safety standards

What They’re Looking For

• 5+ years of accounting experience within manufacturing
• Experience with AP, AR, reconciliations, and general accounting functions
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Experience with MS Dynamics 365 preferred
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
• Accounting or business degree preferred
