Associate Manufacturing - Nights (D shift)

Associate Manufacturing position in Amgen's Rhode Island facility performing batch operations and process monitoring under Good Manufacturing Practices. Night shift role (7PM-7AM) with 15% shift differential; includes validation protocols, documentation, and continuous improvement activities.
Responsibilities
- Perform batching and transfer of buffers and media according to established procedures
- Monitor critical manufacturing processes and complete routine validation protocols
- Draft and revise manufacturing documentation including SOPs and technical reports
- Conduct basic troubleshooting and identify process improvements
- Initiate and manage deviations and support LEAN improvement initiatives
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED plus 2 years manufacturing or operations experience
- Associate's degree plus 6 months manufacturing or operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Knowledge of GMP principles and batch record documentation
- Ability to interpret standard operating procedures and regulatory requirements
