Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, strengths, and resources, forming the basis for actionable treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care in both individual and group therapy sessions.

• Develop, implement, and modify personalized treatment plans based on clinical assessments, client feedback, and therapeutic progress.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate comprehensive care approaches that address all facets of patients' needs.

• Facilitate psychoeducation sessions and support groups to enhance community engagement and provide ongoing education regarding mental health.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, complemented by a competitive sign-on bonus.
