Salary: $136,850 - 185,150 per year Requirements:

• We require a Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited program in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
• We require 9+ years of engineering experience related to the role.
• We require 3+ years of experience working on software development efforts across the full product lifecycle, from inception through delivery and operation.
• We require experience with an interface standard, preferably Open Mission Systems (OMS), Universal Command and Control Interface (UCI), or other open architecture standards.
• We require experience with Agile development.
• We require an active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance, with U.S. citizenship required.
• We require a U.S. Person as defined by export control requirements.
• We require a Bachelors Degree or equivalent.
• We do not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.

• We support the definition of requirements, interfaces, and concept of operations by participating in or leading working group meetings.
• We prioritize work across a multidisciplinary team and communicate that prioritization clearly.
• We analyze technical details while maintaining a broad, systems-level view.
• We perform technical analyses to build and validate models of system behavior and identify solutions to complex problems.
• We act as a direct interface for internal and external customers.
• We conduct and support trade studies.
• We communicate across multiple functional groups, including software, DevSecOps, hardware, cybersecurity, IT/infrastructure, networking, and mission engineering.
• We collaborate in an industry consortium with a wide range of viewpoints.
• We contribute to the development, delivery, maintenance, and support of innovative software and next-generation ground command and control capabilities.
