IMCOR has immediate full-time job openings for skilled (Commercial/Industrial) : PIPEFITTER FOREMAN Responsibilities: Work on trade-specific pipe fitting new and/or tenant improvement related commercial projects Install, update, troubleshoot and/or repair trade specific/project specific assignments Perform layout and installation of trade specific pipe fitting focused items and materials Read / Interpret: contract documents, submittals, shop drawings, architectural, structural and mechanical drawings Duties will include, but not limited to: Building mechanical rooms Working with thread pipe Soldering copper fittings weld pipe Layout pipe from point to point Installing heating hot water pumps Working with stream pipes / stream traps Requirements: At least three (5) years of recent, relevant experience in your trade, closely related responsibilities OR any combination of education and/or recent, relevant experience to perform the job duties of this position. You must have all tools required to perform assigned job duties. You must be able to lift and/or carry heavy, bulky items, supplies and/or materials weighing up to 80 pounds. You MUST have reliable transportation.
