Revelie is hiring a Prep Cook to join our kitchen team!
If you take pride in clean knife work, love the rhythm of a busy kitchen, and want to grow in a supportive, food-focused environment, we'd love to meet you.
What you'll do
- Wash, peel, chop, and portion produce, proteins, and other ingredients to spec
- Prepare sauces, dressings, stocks, and other mise en place for each service
- Keep your station clean, organized, and stocked
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Label, date, and store ingredients properly
- Support the line cooks and chefs during service as needed
What we're looking for
- Previous kitchen or prep experience preferred
- Solid knife skills, or a willingness to learn them
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliability, punctuality, and a team-first mindset
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Food handler's card (or willingness to obtain one)
