Account Associate

As an Account Associate for the sale of Auto, Home, Life, and Health insurance you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
• Ability to pass the State exam for an auto, home, and life insurance license
• MUST be bilingual in Spanish and English
• People-oriented and professional
• Self-motivated and ready to learn
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Compensation: Hourly plus commission Compensation: $18.50 - $60.00 per hour

• Our office is open M-F 9-5.
• Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
• We have 10 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
• Our agency has received awards including: Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, and New Agent Program Qualifier
