Landscape ForemanThe Landscape Foreman is responsible for overseeing daily operations on landscape projects, managing crews, ensuring quality work, and delivering excellent customer service. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on experience in landscaping, and the ability to manage time and resources efficiently.ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate the daily activities of landscape installation and maintenance crewsInterpret landscape plans and ensure projects are executed to specificationOperate and maintain landscaping equipment and toolsManage crew performance, delegate tasks, and ensure safety protocols are followedCommunicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team membersMonitor job progress, manage materials, and keep accurate records of hours and materials usedTrain new crew members and promote a positive team environmentQualifications3+ years of landscape experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory roleStrong knowledge of landscape installation (planting, hardscaping, irrigation, etc.)Ability to read and interpret landscape blueprints and site plansExcellent leadership and communication skillsValid driver's license (CDL a plus)Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift 50+ lbs regularlyCompensation $50,000 - $65,000 yearly About Rollin's Landscape Co., Inc.Rollin's Landscape Co., Inc. was founded in 1999 by Rollin Giesbrecht, who started the business with a push mower on the back of a pickup truck.
