Position: Executive Leader – Future President Track Location: Proximity to Farmingdale, NY Company/Industry: Long-established, Japanese-owned global logistics company Schedule: Mon-Fri 4 days onsite / 1 WFH Salary: $170,000/yr to start + annual increases + bonus + benefits Type: Direct Hire This executive will join as a senior leader (GM / Director of Operations / VP?level) and gradually transition into the top U.S. leadership role. The position blends strategic operations, P&L oversight, business development, and organizational leadership.The incoming leader will work closely with the Senior VP for the first few years, then shadow the President for 6–12 months before full transition.Key ResponsibilitiesLead U.S. operations across logistics, supply chain, and customer service functionsDrive corporate strategy and long?term business planningExpand external business beyond group?related clientsStrengthen relationships with global headquarters and major partnersOversee P&L, financial stability, and operational performanceDevelop talent and build next?generation leadershipLead transformation initiatives including digital modernization and efficiency improvementsRequirementsSenior?level leadership: GM, Director of Operations, VP, VP of Operations, or similarLogistics, supply chain, freight, or distribution industry experience is a MUSTProven P&L ownership and strategic decision?makingBilingual (Japanese) a plus, not requiredCompensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $170,000.00 - $170,000.00Job SummaryJob number: 585643Profession: Management
