HR Manager

We are seeking a strategic HR Manager to lead our human resources functions, focusing on a competitive salary package of $150,000. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader skilled in diverse HR areas and employee relations. Responsibilities Develop and execute HR strategies and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and a $150K salary structure. Oversee comprehensive talent acquisition, recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes. Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance procedures effectively. Administer competitive compensation and benefits programs, including the $150K salary benchmark, ensuring market alignment and compliance. Ensure strict adherence to all labor laws and regulations, updating HR policies as necessary. Design and implement robust training and development programs to foster employee growth. Maintain precise HR records and generate insightful reports on key HR metrics. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's or HR certification (SHRM-CP/SCP) preferred. Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in management, demonstrating ability to handle a $150K compensation level. Proven expertise in talent management, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and HR compliance. In-depth knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
