La figura sarà responsabile della gestione, coordinamento e sviluppo dei processi BIM relativi agli impianti meccanici, elettrici e speciali (MEP), assicurando l’applicazione delle normative vigenti, degli standard aziendali e delle richieste del committente lungo tutte le fasi del progetto. Gestione e coordinamento dei processi BIM MEP su commesse complesse Definizione, implementazione e controllo di standard BIM, workflow e procedure aziendali Redazione e gestione di BEP, interpretazione di capitolati informativi ed EIR Gestione del Common Data Environment (CDE) e dei flussi informativi di progetto Coordinamento multidisciplinare e gestione dei processi di clash detection Supervisione e controllo qualità dei modelli MEP Supporto ai team di progettazione e interfaccia con committenti, partner e consulenti Contributo allo sviluppo e miglioramento continuo dei processi BIM aziendali Benefits Flessibilità oraria e possibilità di smart working Si valuta la collaborazione in P.IVA per profili senior Prerequisiti Laurea in Ingegneria (Meccanica, Energetica, Elettrica, Edile) o Architettura Almeno 5 anni di esperienza in ambito progettazione impiantistica BIM su opere complesse Ottima conoscenza di Revit MEP, Navisworks Manage e di un CDE (es.
