This contract opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to join a collaborative team for the upcoming academic year, starting August 17th and continuing through May. Work alongside a dedicated group of professionals, focusing your expertise at a single school with a manageable caseload and supportive colleagues.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Completion of a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Valid state licensure or eligibility in Virginia
• Prior experience in a school-based setting, especially with elementary or middle school-aged children, is highly preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to student goals
• Provide direct therapy and intervention services, both individually and in group settings
• Collaborate regularly with teachers, parents, and fellow SLPs to monitor progress and adapt strategies for student success
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school and district reporting requirements
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, student-centered atmosphere

The interview process is remote and will be scheduled as a panel or individual meeting the weeks of July 13th and July 20th.
