• Current licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
• Prior experience in school or pediatric settings strongly preferred

• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working alongside teachers, speech-language pathologists, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Implement treatment plans and carry out therapy activities as directed by a supervising SLP
• Provide direct speech and language services to students individually or in small groups
• Assist with screening, assessment, and data collection processes
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and session notes
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and IEP team collaborations as needed
• Support classroom engagement and model communication strategies for staff and families
