Hospital Phlebotomist Team Lead

Labcorp

Labcorp seeks a Hospital Phlebotomy Team Lead in Tualatin, Oregon to supervise phlebotomists, conduct training and competency assessments, perform site inspections, and manage patient flow operations. The role combines team leadership with hands-on phlebotomy duties.

Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor phlebotomy team performance and new employee assessments
Conduct regular site inspections and report findings to supervisor
Provide ongoing training and competency assessments to phlebotomy staff
Manage patient flow, wait times, inventory levels and operational schedules
Perform phlebotomy and site coordinator duties as needed

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
One year or more phlebotomy experience
Ability to supervise and train phlebotomy staff
Site inspection and quality assurance experience
Customer service and conflict resolution skills
