Dann erwartet dich eine vielseitige Position, in der du den B2B-Vertrieb aktiv vorantreibst und gleichzeitig die Online-Marketing-Aktivitäten weiterentwickelst. Unser Ziel: mehr Sichtbarkeit, qualifizierte Leads und neue Kunden für unsere Softwarelösungen. Dafür suchen wir eine kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit, die Vertrieb und Marketing miteinander verbindet. Deine Aufgaben im Bereich Growth und Business Development 50 % B2B-Vertrieb Du führst Vertriebsgespräche und Software-Demos per Telefon und Zoom durch. Du begleitest Interessenten vom Erstkontakt bis zur Kaufentscheidung. Du fasst Angebote und Gespräche konsequent nach und entwickelst neue Kundenbeziehungen. Gelegentliche Vor-Ort-Termine ergänzen deine Vertriebsarbeit. 50 % Online Marketing & Growth Du baust digitale Vertriebskanäle auf, pflegst sie und entwickelst sie weiter. Du identifizierst passende Online-Marketing-Maßnahmen und setzt diese eigenständig um. Du betreust und optimierst Google Ads und weitere digitale Kanäle. Du pflegst die Website und erstellst Artikel, News und weitere Online-Inhalte. Du entwickelst Newsletter-Marketing und Maßnahmen zur digitalen Öffentlichkeitsarbeit weiter. Du bringst eigene Ideen ein, um Reichweite, Leads und Vertriebserfolge nachhaltig zu steigern.
