Responsibilities Configure Epic modules, create build documentation, participate in testing cycles, and support users with workflow questions. Develop reports and support Clarity/Caboodle or operational reporting requests with BI partners. Assist with upgrades, maintain certification(s), and support change control processes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Epic certification preferred. 2–5 years Epic application experience in a hospital environment.
