JOB DUTIES: Assemble precision components and subassemblies for ultrasound transducers and medical devices using work instructions, drawings, visual aids, diagrams, and verbal instructions. Use small‑scale tools and equipment including cutting saws, grinders, soldering irons, microscopes, precision measuring devices, and testing equipment. Prepare, mix, and apply small batches of manufacturing materials, including silver epoxy and silicone. Perform repetitive and non‑repetitive production assembly operations while maintaining exceptional workmanship. Perform interim and final functional testing, continuity checks, inspections, and quality verification of components and finished products. Support prototype and experimental builds, including modification, rework, and evaluation of assemblies and subassemblies. Accurately document manufacturing procedures, process improvements, production records, and test results in accordance with quality system requirements. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe manufacturing work environment. Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams to improve products and manufacturing processes. Provide production updates and communicate manufacturing issues to the Production Manager. Perform other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS: Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (or currently working toward completion). Experience using small hand tools and light manufacturing equipment. Excellent manual dexterity and hand‑eye coordination for precision assembly work. Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions. Ability to accurately document manufacturing procedures and production records. Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills. High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Reliable attendance and punctuality during normal business hours. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. Must comply with all company policies, safety requirements, quality procedures, and industry best practices. Based on job duties, background checks (criminal and employment/reference) may be performed; results must be satisfactory to the company. Preferred Qualifications: 1–2 years of manufacturing or assembly experience. Experience working under a microscope. Experience with soldering or electronics assembly. Experience in medical device manufacturing. Experience with prototype or low‑volume manufacturing. Strong mathematical skills for measurements and quality checks. Experience documenting manufacturing processes or work instructions. Background in medical devices, electronics, or other precision manufacturing environments. Willingness and flexibility to support multiple production areas as business needs require.
