Overview
Registered Nurse – Emergency Room (ER) travel assignment in Lodi, California. Start date 09/21/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $1,756 to $1,835 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: Night shifts, 3x12-hour nights (6:30 PM–7:00 AM). Setting: Short Term Acute Care Hospital. This assignment supports a travel clinician working in a busy ED environment with a focus on patient-centered care.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct ER nursing care for assigned patients, including triage, initial assessment, and ongoing monitoring.
- Administer prescribed medications, IV therapies, and treatments; monitor responses and safety.
- Monitor patient condition continuously, use appropriate protocols, and escalate changes as needed.
- Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and other clinicians to develop and execute a patient-centered care plan; coordinate timely care.
- Document nursing interventions and patient responses in the electronic health record; participate in discharge planning and patient education.
- Support safe staffing and delegate tasks to team members; maintain a clean, safe, and healing environment.

Requirements
- Current California RN license
- BLS certification required; ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Minimum two years of recent ER or acute care nursing experience
- BSN degree preferred
- EPIC EMR experience required
- Ability to work night shifts in a fast-paced ED setting
