This position is primarily remote, providing the flexibility to work from home while ensuring that you have support and resources readily available. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans that reflect their goals.

• Provide therapy sessions—both individual and group—to clients, utilizing teletherapy platforms to expand access to mental health support.

• Engage in regular collaboration with healthcare professionals and community resources, ensuring a network of comprehensive care tailored to each client’s situation.

• Record and maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering to all legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field, with current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New York.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
