Associate Business Analyst - Operational Analytics

Analyze and evaluate business data to identify solutions to operational problems using qualitative and quantitative analysis methods Review system data and measure processes Conduct analyses and reporting supporting general business operations and planning activities Assess requirements for internal business processes and ensure integration across teams and business units Document business processes and workflows Identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement Create and contribute to reports showing key performance indicators, operational improvement areas, root-cause analysis, and value-chain inputs/outputs Improve or automate business performance Requirements College/university degree or 1–2 years of experience in business and operational strategy, planning and analysis Familiarity with data querying, reporting, forecasting, analysis and operations research Research, analytical, and problem solving skills Skill in solving routine or standard administrative, operational and/or system problems and issues Effective word processing and spreadsheet software skills Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field Monday–Friday availability, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship Core Competencies Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to evaluate business data and improve operational performance. Proficient in data querying, reporting, and process documentation to support business strategy and planning.
