Key Responsibilities

Seek out potential healthcare candidates utilizing our unique platform alongside your professional network

Engage with potential candidates to present MLR opportunities and assess their interest

Organize appointments between candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive evaluations

Stay in touch with leads to sustain their interest and guide them through the hiring process

Keep precise and current records within our applicant tracking framework

Reap commissions based on the appointments organized, interviews facilitated, and placements derived from your outreach

Compensation Structure
