About the Role
Looking for a reliable 1st shift opportunity in O'Fallon? Express Employment Professionals is hiring a full-time Production Associate for a fast-paced logistics and distribution facility in the 63366 area.
If you have prior forklift experience, are comfortable handling physical offloading and palletizing, and know how to operate WMS scanning equipment, this position offers steady hours, competitive pay, and weekly paychecks.

What You Will Do
Unloading & Palletizing: Manually unload incoming products from containers and safely transfer and stack items onto wood pallets.
Order Pulling & Sorting: Pull warehouse orders from designated storage locations and utilize conveyor systems for product sorting and staging.
Scanner Usage: Track, scan, and manage inventory movement using Warehouse Management System (WMS) scan guns.
Workstation Safety: Maintain an organized, clean, and safe production floor following facility protocols.
What You Need
Forklift Experience: Prior experience operating any type of forklift is required.
Footwear: Must wear Steel-Toed Boots.
Systems & Tools: Familiarity with WMS scanning equipment and handheld devices.
Physical Stamina: Ability to manually unload containers, bend, lift, and stack products onto pallets throughout the shift.
Reliability: Strong work ethic, daily punctuality, and reliable transportation to O'Fallon, MO 63366.
Screening: Ability to pass standard pre-employment background checks and screenings.
