Required Skills:

• Valid DEA license and current dental license in good standing
• Proven proficiency in a wide range of general dentistry procedures
• Excellent communication and patient management skills
• Ability to see patients of all ages, including children and adults
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet charting and documentation deadlines
• Commitment to maintaining infection control and safety standards

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working in diverse clinical settings
• Bilingual abilities to serve a broader patient demographic
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Additional certifications in sedation or specialized dental fields

Preferred Education and Experience:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Minimum of one year of clinical practice experience preferred
• Prior experience in community health or public health settings is a plus

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to commit to a minimum of three months with the possibility to extend
• Active DEA license required prior to start date; credentialing process takes 30-60 days
• Must provide proof of immunizations including flu shot, TB results, MMR, Hep B, Varicella Zoster, and Tdap
• Chart closure within 72 hours; decisions typically made within 7-14 days
• Commitment to working Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with a 50/50 split between pediatric and adult patients
• Compensation is competitive, with weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits, generous referral bonuses, and other incentives
