Human Resource AssociateLHH is partnering with a growing organization to hire a Human Resources Associate for a long-term temporary assignment. This position is 100% onsite in Tulsa.This role partners closely with HR leadership and business partners to support HR operations, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, reporting, and HR systems. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesSupport day-to-day HR operations, policies, procedures, and employee resourcesAssist with benefits enrollment and answer employee questions regarding benefitsProcess and maintain HR data within Workday, ensuring accuracy and confidentialityGenerate HR reports and assist with compliance reporting requirementsSupport audits, Workers' Compensation tracking, and regulatory compliance activitiesMaintain records, permits, licenses, and certifications across multiple locationsCoordinate with internal teams and external vendors on HR and compliance initiativesAssist with special projects, process improvements, and other HR-related duties as assignedQualifications2+ years of Human Resources experience in an HR Generalist, HR Operations, or similar roleHands-on experience with Workday is a plusStrong knowledge of employee relations and employment lawExcellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage confidential information with discretionProficiency with Microsoft Office or Google WorkspacePosition DetailsAssignment Length: 3-6+ months, possibly longerSchedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PMWork Arrangement: 100% OnsiteEmployment Type: Temporary
