Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Greet and acknowledge all residents and announce/sign in all guests and contractors/vendors Provide assistance to tenants in the building complex Handle general requests from community residents Facilities resident maintenance inquiries from residents and guests Assist Move in and Move out arrangements with residents Establish relationships with residents to tailor services to their individual needs Receive, sort and distribute mails and packages Efficiently handle large call volume inquiries from tenants/guests Assist with administrative duties such as light copying & fax requests and other requests as needed Job Requirements: Strong interpersonal skills, as this job requires frequent interaction and communication with building residents and guests. Understands customer service. Prior experience working in a customer service industry. Reliable, highly organized, attention to detail, courteous, friendly, professional and amiable. Basic computer skills.
