About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Manufacturing to spearhead the development and execution of a long-term manufacturing strategy that is in line with the organization's growth objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading large-scale manufacturing operations across multiple facilities and regions, driving automation, digital transformation, and advanced manufacturing initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency. This role also involves identifying and implementing process improvements, evaluating manufacturing capabilities, and partnering with various teams to ensure strategic alignment. The VP of Manufacturing will be a key player in fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, safety, and operational excellence, and will lead integration efforts related to acquisitions and organizational transformation. Applicants for the Vice President of Manufacturing position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, with an advanced degree preferred, and have at least 15 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in leading manufacturing transformation, operational excellence, and large-scale change initiatives, as well as experience in implementing automation, robotics, and advanced manufacturing systems. Strong knowledge of manufacturing strategy, productivity improvement, and operational performance management is essential, as is the ability to lead large organizations and influence stakeholders at all levels. Global manufacturing, sourcing, or supply chain exposure is highly valued, and the ideal candidate will be a strategic and hands-on leader with a history of building high-performing teams and delivering measurable business results.
