Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a busy retail location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour Candidates MUST have a valid driver's license with at least one year of driving history Job Schedule: DayTimeMon02:00 PM - 10:00 PMSun02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a retail location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and report observations through required communication channels. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout shopping areas, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unwanted activity and identify security‑related concerns. Monitor access points and high‑traffic areas, assist with crowd and line management, and support retail personnel with security‑related issues as needed. Minimum Requirements A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
