Proposal Specialist

The Axel Group is seeking a Proposal Specialist to join our client’s growing team in Charlotte, NC! Our client is a prominent, multidisciplinary firm that specializes in providing comprehensive engineering, design, and consulting services across a wide range of industries. As Proposal Specialist, this individual will support the coordination and management of qualifications and marketing proposals, ensuring the timely and accurate preparation of all materials. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Proposal Manager to gather relevant information, coordinate proposal development, and assist in creating compelling, high-quality documents for client submittals. The Proposal Coordinator will play an integral role in the entire proposal process from start to finish, ensuring deadlines are met and proposals are aligned with client requirements. Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams. Coordinate and manage the marketing process, all pursuits from start to finish. Assist with maintaining and updating corporate firm information for use in Firm Qualifications. Schedules and facilitates proposal kick-off meeting, compiles, and distributes meeting notes, action items, and review comments from all proposal meetings. Ability to provide follow up on submitted opportunities. Coordinate with subconsultants as needed. Ability to work independently. Qualifications 3+ years’ experience working in AEC with Proposals. InDesign experience preferred. Must be detail-oriented and organized. Experience using Microsoft programs including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams & PowerPoint. Strong writing and editing skills. Ability to meet strict deadlines. Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
