Maintain fellowship schedules, trainee files, program records, evaluations, recruitment materials, and accreditation documentation. Coordinate meetings, interviews, educational activities, onboarding, and program events. Track accreditation deadlines, required submissions, and compliance documentation. Communicate with fellows and faculty and provide ongoing administrative support to ensure smooth program operations. Qualifications Required: Previous administrative or program coordination experience, preferably in an academic, healthcare, or professional setting. Strong organizational skills with experience managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating events, and maintaining records. Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; working knowledge of PowerPoint and creating reports. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including composing correspondence and communicating with multiple stakeholders. Accurate data entry and filing skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Ability to read, write, and follow written and oral instructions in English. Preferred: Experience supporting academic, medical, fellowship, residency, or accreditation programs. Experience with recruitment, onboarding, travel arrangements, or event coordination. Experience maintaining confidential files and program documentation. Familiarity with Macintosh OS and multi-line phone systems. Interviewing and hiring is based on internal hiring needs and how well the candidate's experience matches the assignment requirements. Certaintemporary assignments may require clearance of a health physical or require a valid California Driver’s License for driving university vehicles. The majority of our temporary positions are Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. We also have occasional part-time, weekend, and evening hours available, depending on the assignment.
