Jr Captain Moving Hourly pay $18-35/hr w/ Tips and Bonus for Movers

Jr Captain Junk Removal Commission-based pay for Junk Removers (equivalent of $15-35/hr w/ tips and bonus!)

Qualifications

• MUST be dynamic, high energy and eager to grow.
• MUST be eligible to work in the United States.
• MUST have reliable transportation to work. Valid/Active Driver’s License Preferred.
• MUST be able to lift up to 50-75 lbs, sometimes with a team.
• MUST enjoy hard work, world class customer service and helping others.
• MUST be able to pass a background check
• MUST have availability to work on weekends.
• MUST have good English speaking skills on the job

Responsibilities

• SAFELY operate trucks and equipment at all times, making sure inspections are performed in accordance with policy and regulations.
• Go out of your way to be friendly and honest (smile, eye contact, small-talk) to everyone whom you come in contact with throughout the day.
• Make logistical decisions with minimal oversight.
• Make individual and team decisions to maximize team output.
• Train new hires about the day-to-day operations and our core values.
