Through investments in growth, resources, and technology we strive to enhance the experience of our internal Team Members and to continue creating amazing live experiences for the guests that we serve.This position is responsible for the overall accurate service and accounting of all transactions of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including inventory.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesMaintains accurate accounting of all cash and inventory on assigned bar.Performs location worker assignments.Maintains safe working conditions and sanitary work area for employees.Plans for daily sales flow based on projections.Plans for peak hour sales and makes change requirements known to the Food & Beverage Manager.Organizes all paperwork for cashier responsibilities:Physical inventory stand sheetCash slipsVerifies the proper item prices to the beverage menu.Maintains accurate cash handling procedures at all times.Performs location worked duties as assigned.Follows all rules and regulations of Food and Beverage.Performs other related duties as assigned by supervisor.QualificationsMust be 18 years or older (where applicable).Must have basic working knowledge of cash handling procedures.Must have sufficient math ability to accurately count money and make change quickly.Must have basic working knowledge of concession/cafeteria operation.Must have ability to follow directions and effectively perform the workHours of Work and Travel RequirementsVaries by show to include days, nights, weekdays and weekends.Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
