Management Assistant — Powerline Entertainment Powerline Entertainment is seeking a Management Assistant to support our managers and their growing roster of artists and actors. This role provides day-to-day administrative and project support, helping keep campaigns, schedules, and business operations running smoothly. You\'ll work closely with artists, actors, internal teams, and external partners across labels, agents, publishers, casting, legal, finance, and rights management. Responsibilities Manage calendars, schedule meetings, prepare agendas and briefing materials, and take meeting notes Coordinate domestic and international travel, accommodations, and itineraries Organize and maintain client files — contracts, royalty statements, marketing assets, photos, videos, and release materials Support submissions and pitches for actors and artists Coordinate materials and asset delivery for marketing, publicity, radio, TV, digital, and advertising campaigns Help manage social media content calendars, draft post ideas, and edit content as needed Provide general administrative and project support across campaigns and day-to-day management activities Qualifications 1+ year of experience in an administrative support role (entertainment, music, TV/film, or media experience a plus) Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication Proficiency in Microsoft Office; project management/collaboration tools a plus Ability to work independently, exercise discretion, and maintain confidentiality Passion for the music industry and a proactive, collaborative approach to problem-solving Valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation To Apply Send your resume and any relevant materials to View email address on click.appcast.io Powerline Entertainment is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
