Vice President of Events & Catering Opportunity - Achieve autonomy while building your own catering department. Our established restaurant group with six operations and growing is looking for a professional to set up, organize, and lead this facet of the company's revenue stream. Responsibilities Develop and manage the catering department. Plan, organize, and lead all event operations. Drive event sales growth and profitability. Manage and mentor staff, promoting from within. Qualifications Experience in restaurant or venue event management. Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills. Track record of increasing event sales. Team leadership with mentorship and staff promotion history. Compensation includes a base salary and bonus that can bring the total package up to $200,000 plus an equity percentage in the parent company.
