Gentiva Hospice in Arlington Heights, IL is seeking an After Hours Registered Nurse (RN) to respond to patient needs during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. You will provide direct patient care, act as the primary liaison among patients, families, physicians and the hospice team, and ensure continuity of care after hours.
