Marital and Family Law Paralegal

Responsibilities Manage attorney calendars, including court hearings, depositions, mediations, client meetings, and deadlines. Coordinate scheduling with courts, opposing counsel, clients, experts, and vendors. Track litigation deadlines and ensure timely compliance with court orders and procedural requirements. Prepare and maintain attorney daily and weekly schedules. Mediation and trial preparation. Update and organize files within the electronic internal database. Draft, revise, proofread, and finalize legal pleadings, motions, notices, subpoenas, and correspondence. Effectively communicate and work with opposing counsels’ paralegals, judicial assistants, and clients. 2+ years of experience as a Family Law Paralegal. Bachelor's Degree and/or Paralegal Certification preferred. Be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Adobe Pro. Experience using ProLaw document management program a plus. Have excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills. Detail oriented with strong organizational skills. Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and resolve problems independently. #J-18808-Ljbffr NACBA
