Manufacturing Engineer

-Overview
We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support production operations and improve manufacturing processes. This role works closely with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot equipment, validate processes, and help increase product quality and throughput in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

-Responsibilities
Support production teams by troubleshooting programs and validating processes
Set up and operate production equipment to test and improve manufacturing methods
Develop and assist with IQ, OQ, and PQ validation protocols
Utilize CAM software and tooling knowledge to support CNC programming (when applicable)
Inspect products using measurement and inspection equipment to verify quality standards
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, product quality, and throughput
Assist with training and skill development of Engineering Technicians
Follow company safety standards, quality procedures, and regulatory requirements

-Requirements
Machining Technology Degree, Mechanical Engineering Degree, or 2+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience
Understanding of manufacturing operations and production processes
Ability to use inspection equipment and verify product specifications
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills

-Preferences
Experience using CAM software and CNC programming tools
Experience supporting production troubleshooting and validation activities
Experience working in regulated manufacturing environments
