Job Summary

To be responsible for managing technology in complex projects ,providing technical guidance and ensuring successful delivery of solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. To be responsible for providing technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
2. To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization , implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.
3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
4. To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure & closure of escalations.

Skill Requirements

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Java Full Stack Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Java-based backend development, modern frontend technologies, microservices architecture, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices. The candidate will collaborate with architects, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications.

Develop RESTful APIs and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.

Build responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using Angular or React.

Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design sessions.

Integrate applications with databases, third-party systems, and cloud services.

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.

Implement secure coding standards and application security best practices.

Collaborate with QA teams in unit testing, integration testing, and production deployments.

Support CI/CD implementation and DevOps automation.

Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning activities.
