Title: Property Accountant Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 base + bonus
Location: Pompano Beach, FL
Work Schedule: On-site Monday - Thursday; remote Fridays

Key Responsibilities of the Property Accountant

Reviewing and posting accounts payable invoices
Managing month-end close for assigned entities, including:

General ledger accounting
Financial statement preparation
Balance sheet reconciliation support schedules

Performing bank reconciliations and preparing/posting journal entries
Recording accruals and conducting balance sheet reviews
Analyzing monthly variances against budget and performing trend analysis

Qualifications of the Property Accountant

2+ years of full-cycle accounting experience across multiple entities
Hands-on experience with accrual accounting and financial statement preparation
Prior experience with Yardi preferred
