You’ll also lead procedure management efforts—ensuring documentation is clear, up to date, and aligned with regulatory and business requirements.This is a highly collaborative role where you’ll partner with teams acrossWhat You’ll DoAnalyze and improve processes across KYC/AML, contract management, and proposal (RFP) areasOwn procedure management, including creating, updating, and maintaining documentation and annual reviewsPartner with Compliance, Legal, and Risk to ensure proper approvals and governanceTranslate regulatory and policy requirements into practical, executable processesLead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives tied to audits, regulatory changes, and business prioritiesTrack deliverables, manage timelines, and ensure alignment across stakeholdersBasic QualificationsBachelor's degree, or equivalent work experienceFour to six years of related experiencePreferred Skills/ExperienceConceptual knowledge of fundamental theories, principles and practices, and basic understanding of business operationsEffective influence, change management, and coaching skillsStrong technical skills in process mapping, procedure creation, and controlsThorough knowledge in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplinesEffective verbal and written presentation and communication skillsThis role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.If there’s anything we can do to accommodate a disability during any portion of the application or hiring process, please refer to our disability accommodations for applicants.
