Additional Information

• Develop treatment plans to improve swallowing, cognitive, and communication abilities and decrease aspiration risk
• Implement communication techniques to help residents better express themselves and understand others
• Lead, guide, and direct the delivery of speech-language pathology and audiology services in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Ensure compliance with established facility policies and procedures to provide appropriate resident care
