Business Systems Analyst (BSA)

Our client, a IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) for their Mount Laurel, NJ location.

Responsibilities:

Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
Collaborate with business and technology teams to support integration initiatives.
Develop executive dashboards, presentations, and leadership meeting content.
Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and requirement review sessions.
Support project delivery by ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.

Requirements:

Strong Business Systems Analyst experience with expertise in business analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management.
Experience in creating executive-level presentations, meeting materials, status reports, and steering committee content.
Solid understanding of integration concepts, including system interactions, data flows, and cross-functional dependencies.
Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear functional and executive-facing documentation.
Preferred Skills
Prior hands-on technical experience as a Developer, Quality Engineer/Test Engineer, or Technical Analyst.
Knowledge of AI concepts and emerging technologies.
Understanding of APIs, databases, system integrations, and application security principles.
Ability to bridge communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
